Estate Planning Process

The estate planning process involves three simple steps, and includes a free half hour consultation. Normally, we can complete the entire plan within three weeks.

Step 1- Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a vital opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure that we are a good match. The connection is essential because you will have to feel at ease when revealing significant personal and financial information.During this time, I can offer a pricing quote, and if you are ready, we can begin the process of designing your estate plan.

Step 2- Design Meeting

This step allows me to learn more about your family and assets, allowing me to provide tailored solutions to fit your needs

Step 3- Signing Meeting

Within 1-2 weeks of your design meeting, you will receive a summary draft of your estate plan to discuss any questions or modifications with me. Once you have approved the draft, we can arrange a signing where we will go over any final questions you may have.
